Shipping Policy

Processing Time.  Orders are processed 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Delays: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location. 

North America: 7-14 business days

Europe: 10-21 business days

Rest of the world: 14-30 business days

Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide.  For international orders:

Customer fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

All electronics are packaged securely to meet international standards.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Damages: Electronz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
